Our next meeting for the group is a zoom meeting on Thursday 11/6/26 starting at 5:30pm.

The proposed agenda is -

1. Acknowledgement of country
2. Facilitator and Minute taker
3. Sharing on how you are.
4. Catch up and report on what has happened and what people have done or are doing - surveys, petitions, data entry and rosters, admin.   PETITION FORMAT update
5. Plan further times, places, people, how (media platforms/in person) for surveying and petition signing.
6. Roster for volunteers and contacting them for actions, also new members process
7. Radio interviews, ads in sympathetic groups newsletters etc. 
8. Discuss and action BM Council connections
